What is the best way to show love to my cat/kitten?

Spay or neuter your cat or kitten. 

Are free kittens free?

No, although there's not an adoption fee cats/kittens cost $$$ to feed, provide litter, vaccines, flea treatment, deworming and spay/neuter services. 

How many cats are in a shelter each year?

6 - 8 million cats

Where is Purrfect Little Paws located?

We serve Jasper & Newton counties. At this time we don't have an onsite location, but our goal is to have one in the near future. 

Where do the cats stay before they are adopted?

Cats are placed in foster homes prior to adoption. If you would like to be a foster, fill out an application on our home page today. 

Should I declaw my cat/kitten?

No! Declawing a cat is the equivalent of cutting your finger off at the knuckle. This leaves your cat defenseless and in pain. 

What can I do to help Purrfect Little Paws?

Adopt a cat. Foster a cat. Donate. 
Purrfect Little Paws is funded through donations. It takes lots of funding to continue to feed and care for the cats in the community and the need is always there. 

I don't have funds, how else can I help?

Share our adoption listings. Share our Facebook page and website. Volunteer with us or foster a cat. It takes a community and your support through your time and treasure help us keep serving.
